They may also have difficulty comprehending verbal or non verbal signs, concepts, or signals. These impairments may affect children’s ability to communicate with their peers and teachers, leading to difficulty in school or social situations.

While the issue can be frustrating, there is good news – through the use of Cogmed, a computer-based training program, you can improve and train your working memory. By doing so, you will be better able to stay focused, ignore distractions, plan next steps, remember instructions, and start and finish tasks.

A Plus Solutions is one of the first licensed Cogmed Qualified Practices in Ohio. By working with a Cogmed Qualified Practice, you’ll have access to local, personal support through an assigned Cogmed coach, who will meet with you in-person before you start to give you the tools and information you need to successfully complete the online program. Then, as you work through the training program, your coach will provide personal, professional support through weekly support and progress calls.
